1 dead, 2 hurt following serious collision southeast of Listowel

Incident details
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal collision involving a commercial motor vehicle and a passenger vehicle southeast of Listowel.
- The incident took place at the intersection of Perth Line 86 and Perth Road 140 shortly after 8 a.m. ET on March 18.
- OPP told media outlets that a 35-year-old passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. They didn’t specify which vehicle the individual was in.
- Both drivers were taken to hospital. Their injuries aren’t considered life-threatening.
- Roads in the area were temporarily closed.
