A driver has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after their vehicle flipped over in Etobicoke.
- Toronto police said the incident took place in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and Ninth Street area, west of Islington Avenue, just after 7 p.m. ET on Jan. 21.
- According to officials, the vehicle struck several parked cars before it flipped over.
- A photo of the scene showed a dark-coloured vehicle on its roof — surrounded by debris.
- Before emergency crews could take the driver to the hospital, the individual had to be extricated from the vehicle.
