A pedestrian is recovering in hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Bell Mill Sideroad — near Tillsonburg.

• The incident took place before 6 a.m. ET on Dec. 23. Bell Mill Sideroad was temporarily closed between Rokeby Sideroad and Goshen Road.
• Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the pedestrian’s injuries aren’t life-threatening.
• The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
