Pedestrian seriously hurt, struck by vehicle near Tillsonburg

A pedestrian is recovering in hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Bell Mill Sideroad — near Tillsonburg.
- The incident took place before 6 a.m. ET on Dec. 23. Bell Mill Sideroad was temporarily closed between Rokeby Sideroad and Goshen Road.
- Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the pedestrian’s injuries aren’t life-threatening.
- The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
Investigation updates
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
