Single-vehicle Milton crash involving Honda Civic claims life of teen

A teenager behind the wheel of a 2005 Honda Civic in Milton is dead after a single-vehicle crash over the weekend.
The incident occurred on 6th Nassagaweya Line just after 1 p.m. ET on Dec. 7.
- Halton police said the driver of the Honda Civic, a 17-year-old male, lost control while travelling southbound and struck a hydro pole on the east side of the roadway.
- The teenager, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
- Motorists were asked to avoid the area.
Investigation updates
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if weather conditions were a factor in the crash.
