Driver facing 9 charges after two-vehicle crash northwest of London

A 30-year-old man is facing a slew of charges following a two-vehicle collision on Ilderton Road in Middlesex Centre—northwest of London.
- Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to reports of a fail-to-remain crash in the area around 6 p.m. ET on Nov. 7.
- Two people in the vehicle that remained at the scene were taken to hospital. Their injuries weren’t considered life-threatening.
- Officers arrested the driver of the other vehicle—a resident of Middlesex County—shortly after. They learned that he was also the suspect in an “intimate partner violence call.”
Investigation updates
The 30-year-old man is facing nine criminal and Highway Traffic Act counts, including impaired driving.
Anyone with information on the incident, including cellphone and dashcam footage, is asked to contact the OPP.
