3 people hospitalized after multi-vehicle Hwy. 403 crash in Hamilton
Incident details
Three people have been taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 403 in Hamilton.
- Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said a collision involving five vehicles took place in the eastbound lanes of the highway near the Lincoln Alexander Parkway before 9 a.m. ET on Oct. 31.
- Photos of the scene show significant damage to two pickup trucks, an SUV, and a taxi.
- Officials said one of the three people injured was in critical condition. However, their injuries have been downgraded to “stable.”
Investigation updates
The cause of the multi-vehicle crash remains under investigation. Charges are pending.
OPP are asking anyone with information on the incident, including cellphone and dashcam footage, to contact them.
