Incident details

A pedestrian has been taken to hospital following a single-vehicle collision in St. Thomas.

  • Police closed Talbot Street from White Street to Southwick Street. The area has since reopened.
  • Officials believe that the incident took place around 10:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 9.
  • The severity of the pedestrian’s injuries haven’t been disclosed at this time.

Investigation updates

St. Thomas Police are currently investigating the cause of the collision.

The driver of the vehicle remained on scene. It remains unclear if the individual has been taken into custody.
