Windsor senior dies in single-vehicle crash on Hwy. 59 in Oxford County

A fatal single-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 59 in East Zorra-Tavistock, Oxford County, on Tuesday afternoon. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported that the incident took place at approximately 1:30 p.m.
The lone occupant of the vehicle, a 75-year-old resident of Windsor, sustained life-threatening injuries. Emergency services transported the individual to the hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased.

Highway 9 was closed for several hours between Airport Road and Concession Road 3 to allow for a thorough investigation.
