Mississauga crash: Brampton man dies after single-vehicle rollover on Hwy. 401
Incident details
A tragic single-vehicle rollover crash occurred on Saturday evening at the southbound off-ramp from Highway 410 to Highway 401 in Mississauga. Emergency services were alerted to the scene just after 6 p.m. and found a vehicle that had rolled into a ditch.

Victim information
The driver, a 23-year-old male from Brampton, was the only occupant of the vehicle. He was removed from the vehicle with the help of bystanders and first responders. Despite life-saving efforts, the driver was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead.
Investigation updates
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported that the cause of the crash remains under investigation. As of now, no details regarding what led to the rollover have been released.
The area was closed for approximately three hours following the crash to allow for a thorough investigation. The ramps have since been reopened to traffic.
