Highway 115 Crash: Fatal single-vehicle collision involving Markham man in Clarington

A tragic accident occurred early Sunday morning on Highway 115 northbound, near Old Highway 35 in Clarington, resulting in the death of a 25-year-old man from Markham.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported that they received a call at approximately 2:20 a.m. about a single-vehicle collision.
Victim information
The driver was traveling south on Old Highway 35 when his vehicle struck a concrete median barrier.
- This collision caused the vehicle to enter the northbound lanes of Highway 115, where it eventually rolled over into a ditch.
- The driver was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene.
