⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional,friendly,responsive. My case was treated as if it was a major priority! David and his assistant Melissa were engaged available and friendly!! My case was resolved to my satisfaction against a very reticent employer! The cost, in reality was nothing, without them that is exactly what I would have received. Another intangible result is a feeling of revenge and closure. After 15 years with a company and nearing retirement,being fired without cause is a blow to your self esteem.
