900 CHML – Investigation clears Green Party Leader Elizabeth May of workplace harassment
The Green Party announced Thursday that an external investigation concluded that accusations levelled against longtime leader Elizabeth May do not constitute workplace harassment.
The now-dismissed complaints came from three former party employees, who accused May of creating a toxic work environment with behaviour that included yelling at staff and putting them down in front of their colleagues.
Employment Lawyer Jon Pinkus, Associate at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, told host Bill Kelly on Global News Radio 900 CHML why he wasn’t surprised that Elizabeth May passed the workplace investigation’s sniff test.
