Corus – RBC Insurance Leaves Senior Stranded in Germany, $150K Medical Bill
Ali Davari is 84-years-old and in a medically induced coma in Germany. He cannot be brought home on a commercial flight, but RBC Insurance – who sold Mr. Davari a travel policy – is refusing to pay for him to be flown back to Canada. They also won’t pay for any of the medical costs – $150,000 so far – including hospital charges. On top of everything, RBC has refused to publicly address the issue.
Insurance Lawyer Sivan Tumarkin joined Ali’s son, Kevin Davari, on The Roy Green Show to bring attention to the Davari family’s plight, and RBC Insurance’s refusal to assist in this matter.

Sivan has handled many cases where insurance companies have incorrectly denied coverage to clients, the most notable one being the ‘Million-dollar baby‘ story.
Ali Davari’s family has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for his growing medical bills in Germany.
