Windsor police are investigating a serious collision involving an e-scooter and a vehicle near Ford Test Track on July 21, 2026.

What Happened?
- The incident took place at the intersection of Seminole Street and Central Avenue before 4:30pm ET on July 21.
- According to officials, the e-scooter — transporting 2 teenage boys — entered the intersection at a high rate of speed and collided with a vehicle.
- The boys were ejected from the e-scooter and struck a nearby light pole. They were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
- The driver of the vehicle that collided with the e-scooter remained at the scene.
Investigation Updates
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
