• According to Ottawa police, the driver of the SUV, a woman, suffered life-threatening injuries. She was rushed to hospital — as were the 2 children that were in the vehicle with her.
• The driver of the pickup truck, a man, was also taken to hospital. The children and the man are in stable condition.
