- The incident took place in the area of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Laird Road, north of Dundas Street West, before 10pm ET on June 28.
- A photo of the scene shows a black motorcycle pinned to the front of a black minivan.
- According to officials, the motorcyclist is in stable condition.
- The driver of the minivan remained at the scene.
