- The incident took place in the eastbound collector lanes of the highway around Kennedy Road before 7:50am ET on June 24.
- A photo of the scene shows significant front-end damage to a dark-coloured minivan.
- No injuries have been reported at this time.
- The eastbound collector lanes of Highway 401 were temporarily closed approaching Kennedy Road.
