Toronto police are investigating a fiery multi-vehicle crash that took place on the Gardiner Expressway near Scotiabank Arena on June 19, 2026.

What Happened?
- The incident, reportedly involving 2-4 vehicles, took place in the eastbound lanes of the highway near Bay Street shortly after 9:30am ET on June 19.
- Photos and videos of the scene show what appears to be a white vehicle completely engulfed in flames. A tractor-trailer and a dark-coloured vehicle with damage to its rear were also captured.
- Currently, 2 individuals are being treated for possible injuries. Details on their condition haven’t been disclosed.
- Motorists are being asked to avoid the eastbound Gardiner Expressway approaching Jarvis Street.
