- The incident — involving a Honda van and a sprinter van — took place near Finch Avenue West and Alness Street shortly after 9am ET on June 16.
- According to Toronto paramedics, 1 of the drivers suffered a “medical event.” It remains unclear which vehicle they were operating.
- Photos of the scene show the Honda van in a ditch beside a parking lot, while the sprinter van crashed into the nearby Toronto Community Living office following the collision.
