- The incident took place at the 17 Side Road rail crossing near Trafalgar Road shortly before 4pm ET on June 9.
- According to officials, the crossing barrier was resting on truck’s box at the time of the collision.
- No injuries have been reported at this time — only minor damage to the dump truck.
- Since the collision involved a train, CN police also attended the scene.
