• The incident took place on Highway 6 near 5th Line just after 5pm ET on June 6.
• According to OPP, 1 of the drivers — a 17-year-old male from Caledonia — was pronounced dead at the scene.
• The other driver was rushed to a local trauma centre with serious injuries. Their condition isn’t considered life-threatening.
• Motorists were temporarily asked to avoid the area.
