- The incident took place at the intersection of Black Creek Drive and Lawrence Avenue West just before 7pm ET on May 31.
- Footage of the scene shows damage to the driver’s side of the grey Hyundai, while the white sedan suffered significant front-end damage.
- 2 of the 5 people are in critical condition. The other 3 are in stable condition.
