Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid charges following a serious 3-vehicle collision near Brisbane Public School in Erin — a town northwest of Brampton — on June 1, 2026.

- The incident took place at the intersection of Trafalgar Road and Wellington Road 124 just before 4:30pm ET on June 1.
- According to OPP, a dump truck collided with an SUV and a 4-door sedan.
- 1 of the drivers suffered minor injuries. It remains unclear which vehicle they were operating.

OPP have charged the driver of the dump truck, a 36-year-old from Brampton, with:
