UKG Reportedly Cutting 950 Jobs in April 2026, Canadian Staff Affected

What’s Happening at UKG?

Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is reportedly eliminating around 950 jobs as part of a restructuring.

Affected employees at UKG Canada told Samfiru Tumarkin LLP that they learned of the workforce reduction on April 14, 2026.

Our employment lawyers are reviewing the severance offers that impacted staff have received.

According to LinkedIn, the HR software company currently employs more than 580 Canadians.
