Salesforce Cuts Hundreds of Jobs Amid Executive Shake-Up

Salesforce has reportedly cut “fewer than 1,000” jobs in February 2026.

The workforce reduction comes amid an executive shake-up at the company. 6 new leaders have replaced 5 high-profile executives who’ve left since December.


Which Roles at Salesforce are Affected?

Positions affected by the latest round of job cuts at Salesforce included:

  • Marketing
  • Product management
  • Data analytics
  • The company’s Agentforce AI product

The exact number of Canadian employees who’ve been let go remains unclear. Salesforce currently employs more than 2,700 people across the country.
