What Happened?
- The incident took place near Gerrard Street East and Church Street, east of Yonge Street, shortly after 5:30pm ET on Jan. 22.
- Life-threatening injuries weren’t reported for any of the pedestrians. However, one individual was taken to hospital in serious condition.
- The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
