Sarah Cvetkovski is an Ontario employment lawyer and Associate with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law practice group.
Working through the firm’s employment law services in Toronto and Ottawa, Sarah assists employees and employers on a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Terminations for cause and without cause
- Wrongful dismissals
- Constructive dismissals
- Severance pay negotiations
- Temporary layoffs
- Workplace harassment and discrimination
- Human rights issues
- Employment contract review and drafting
- Independent contractor rights
- Workplace reprisals
Prior to becoming an Associate at the firm, she supported daily operations as both an Articling Student and a Client Intake Representative.

Education
Sarah completed her Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Western University. During her time at law school, she developed a passion for labour and employment law.
