Office Clerk – Toronto
Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy litigation firm with offices in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. Our legal representatives specialize in employment law, personal injury, and disability litigation. We are looking for an office clerk for our Toronto office to help support our staff.
This position is permanent and full-time, an entry-level position suitable for a recent graduate. Our ideal candidate has some administrative experience and is looking to learn, flourish, and become part of a supportive and hardworking team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to receiving and sending mail, opening files, data entry, legal document production, scanning, photocopying, and manual and electronic filing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- the ability to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines;
- strong written and verbal communication skills;
- sufficient experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe;
- flexibility to work independently, as well as part of a team;
- excellent attention to detail.
This role works within a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance every few weeks; for remote working, you will need:
- A home internet connection.
