2 drivers hospitalized following serious Hwy. 7 collision in Perth
Incident details
Two drivers have been taken to hospital following a serious two-vehicle collision in Perth.
- Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received reports of a crash at the intersection of Highway 7 and Wilson Street West before 3:30 p.m. ET on Jan. 9.
- One of the drivers had to be extricated from their vehicle by firefighters.
- Both drivers involved in the crash didn’t suffer life-threatening injuries.
- Motorists were asked to avoid the area.
Investigation updates
The cause of the two-vehicle collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
