Gurlal S. Kler is a lawyer and partner at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, practicing in the areas of Labour and Employment Law, Commercial and Insurance Litigation and residential and commercial tenancy matters. Gurlal regularly advises clients on a wide range of employment and labour matters including employee terminations, human rights and employment contract disputes. Gurlal also advises and represents individuals and corporations on various business litigation matters, including shareholder remedies, commercial tenancy disputes, construction law, condominium law and debtor/creditor disputes.
Gurlal has extensive experience in litigation and enjoys an unmatched reputation as a staunch and powerful advocate for his clients. Gurlal obtained his law degree at Osgoode Law School at York University and his Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree at McMaster University. He is a Director of the Peel Law Association and a member of the South Asian Bar Association (Toronto Chapter), Ontario Bar Association and Canadian Bar Association.
