Chantel Goldsmith is a Partner at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP and practices exclusively in the area of labour and employment law. An outspoken practitioner of employment, labour, and human rights, she loves - and is committed to - her busy practice. An admitted "wolf in sheep's clothing", she persistently pursues her clients' interests vigorously, with self-confidence and unwavering determination.

Chantel knew the future focus of her career early on and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 2007. Her course emphasis was Human Rights and Labour & Employment law.  She articled at a large, traditional law firm.

Chantel prides herself in developing an emotional bond with each and every client - employer or employee. She has a balanced practice of acting on behalf of employers and employees, giving her the ability to know, anticipate, and counter opposing counsels' next move.

Chantel takes exceptional pride in her Métis/Polish heritage and, along with her mother, was a founding member of the Métis Nation of Ontario. At law school, she was a founding member and Vice President of the Osgoode Indigenous Students' Association.
