Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Wednesday, June 20th that Canadians will be able to consume marijuana recreationally without criminal penalties starting on Oct. 17, 2018.

A recent survey released in January by the Human Resource Professionals Association found 71 per cent of employers felt they were not ready for marijuana legalization.
