Duty to Accommodate
When an employee is unable to perform his or her job due to religious reasons, as a result of a disability (either physical or psychological), because of child care or due to other constraints, the employer must provide assistance to the employee. This may mean changing the job requirements, providing someone to help the employee perform job duties, or making changes to shifts.
When an employee has not been provided with proper accommodation, we can help. These issues can often be easily resolved. Call one of our employment lawyers for a consultation.
